Who you're dealing with

Khayra is a dairy business operating from Tech Society, Lahore, trading as “Khayra” (registered name: Khayra Dairy). Everything sold is produced on our own farm. These terms apply to every order placed through khayra.com.pk.

Placing an order

Submitting an order through checkout is an offer to buy, not a confirmed sale. As the confirmation page and checkout itself say, we confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before we start preparing it — that confirmation is when we accept your order. We may decline or adjust an order before that point, for example if an ingredient or a delivery slot genuinely isn't available; if that happens we will tell you and refund anything already paid.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include no hidden charges — the delivery fee, worked out by distance, is always shown before you place the order. We accept bank transfer and JazzCash only; bulk and custom orders may be arranged by deposit over WhatsApp instead. We do not process card payments and never ask for card details. How we handle a payment receipt you upload is covered in Privacy, not repeated here.

Product descriptions and photos

We describe and photograph every product honestly, but fresh dairy is not a manufactured good — colour, texture and exact weight can vary slightly batch to batch, and a photo shows a representative example rather than the literal item you will receive. This is normal for fresh food and is not a fault.

Your responsibilities

Please give us an accurate name, phone number, address and delivery area, and make sure someone can receive a perishable delivery at that address around the time we message you. We are not responsible for a delivery that fails because the details given were wrong or nobody was available, though we will always try to help sort it out over WhatsApp.

Using this site

Please don't misuse it — placing orders you don't intend to pay for, attempting to interfere with how the site or checkout works, or trying to bypass its security or rate limits. We may refuse service or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Ownership

The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Khayra. Please don't reproduce or reuse them without asking first — message us on WhatsApp and we're happy to talk about it.

Liability

We are liable for our own mistakes — a wrong order, a genuine quality problem — and will put those right as described in Delivery & Returns. We aren't responsible for delays once a package has been handed to a courier and is genuinely outside our control, or for problems caused by incorrect details you gave us. Nothing here limits any right you have under Pakistani consumer-protection law that can't be limited by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the shop changes. The current version always lives at this address, dated above; the terms that applied when you placed an order are the ones that govern it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
