From our farm to your table — nothing outsourced, everything ours. At Khayra, we raise our own purebred Australian Holstein Friesian cattle for fully automated, touch-free extraction, combined with meticulous hand-craftsmanship to deliver premium artisanal dairy products.

Fully automated milking and machine separation. The milk and cream are never handled on the way out.
