Yes. Cottage cheese (paneer) and mozzarella are both made on our own farm and delivered fresh across Lahore, priced by how far your area is from our dairy in Tech Society. There's no minimum order.

Yes — Desi Ghee is the one product we deliver anywhere in Pakistan, not just Lahore. Order it from any city and checkout completes charging the product price only; we confirm the delivery fee with you on WhatsApp once we know exactly where it's going. Every other product is Lahore-only for now.

Yes. Everything — Desi Ghee, Cow Milk, Cream, Makhan, Paneer and Mozzarella — comes from our own purebred Australian Holstein Friesian cattle on our own farm, with nothing outsourced or bought in from another supplier.

Bank transfer or JazzCash. We don't offer cash on delivery, and we never process card payments or ask for card details — there's no card processor on this site at all. Account details are shown after you place your order, and you can upload your payment receipt on the same screen.

Every order takes 2 days — one day to prepare, one to deliver — except Cow Milk, which takes 3. We confirm your order on WhatsApp before we start preparing it, and again once it's on its way. For Desi Ghee delivered outside Lahore, the 2 days is when we dispatch it; the courier's own transit time after that is outside our control.

Tell us the same day and we'll replace it or refund it, your choice — a photo on WhatsApp is all we need, you don't have to send anything back. Because these are fresh food products, we can't take an order back simply for a change of mind once it's delivered.

Yes. Desi Ghee, Makhan, Paneer, Mozzarella and Cream all have a Bulk range from 5 kg up to 30 kg, priced lower per kilo than retail since the packing is kept plain. Arrange it through the product page or over WhatsApp.

Not as a one-time purchase. Cow Milk is sold unbranded, straight from the farm, on a standing subscription billed the 1st and 15th of each month — message us on WhatsApp to set it up, and we'll confirm whether your area is on the delivery round.

About 30 named areas today, each priced by distance from our dairy in Tech Society — see the full list and current fees on the Delivery & Returns page. If your area isn't listed, message us; we deliver further than the list, we just price those runs by hand.

We describe ourselves as "Organic Dairy" to match how our own packaging is labelled and because everything is genuinely raised and made on our own farm with nothing outsourced. We don't hold a third-party organic certification — if that matters for your use case, message us and ask.
