Delivery & returns

How the fee is worked out

The same way a bike courier prices a run: Rs 140 covers the first 3 km, then Rs 28 for each kilometre after that. Nothing is added on top, and there is no minimum spend — a single 100 g pack is delivered on the same terms as a 10 kg order.

You will always see the exact fee, and your total with it, before you place the order.

Everything we deliver to today

Not on the list? Message us — we deliver further than this, we just price those runs by hand rather than guessing.

Outside Lahore, Desi Ghee is the only product we deliver. Order it from anywhere and checkout will go through charging the product price only — no delivery fee is charged there. We confirm the fee with you afterward on WhatsApp, once we know exactly where it's going. Every other product is Lahore-only for now.

Cow Milk

Cow Milk comes from our own farm, the same herd as everything else we make. It is sold exactly as it leaves the farm, unbranded and unpackaged, and it goes out on our family's own morning round rather than with the rest of the shop.

That round carries no delivery charge, so milk is delivered free. It reaches a limited set of areas only: Falcon Colony, Model Town, Garden Town, Muslim Town, Faisal Town, Johar Town, Abdalian Society, Judicial Colony, PCSIR Housing Society, Phase 1 & 2, Tech Society and Alpha Society.

Cow Milk is a standing subscription rather than a one-time purchase — you're billed on the 1st and 15th of each month, not per delivery. It isn't something you can add to your basket; message us on WhatsApp to set it up, and we'll confirm whether your area is on the round.

When it arrives

Every order takes 2 days: one day to prepare it and one day to deliver it. Bulk weights are no slower than a packed size. Cow Milk is the one exception — it takes 3 days. We confirm every order with you on WhatsApp before we start preparing it, and we message you again when it is on its way.

For Desi Ghee delivered outside Lahore, the 2-day figure is when we dispatch it, not when it reaches you — once it's handed to the courier, how long it actually takes to arrive is down to them, not us, and can run longer than a Lahore delivery.

If something is wrong with your order

Tell us the same day and we will replace it or refund it — your choice. Dairy is perishable and we would rather hear about a problem immediately than have you keep something you are not happy with. A photo on WhatsApp is all we need; you do not have to send anything back.

Because these are fresh food products, we cannot take back an order simply because you have changed your mind after it has been delivered. If you need to cancel before dispatch, message us and we will stop it.

Paying

Bank transfer or JazzCash. We show the account details after you place the order, and you can upload the receipt on the same screen. We start making your order once the payment is confirmed — usually within a day.
